Neil has a passion for Crowne Green Bowling and has been playing since he was 19. His interest in bowling began in 1993 when he lived in Knott End, he played there for 12 years and won all the competitions that he could compete in.
Ever since, Neil has competed in loads of competitions, winning plenty of medals and trophies along the way, he has won a ‘Mixed A Merit Award’ and he has also won a doubles comp in Wesham.
He practices Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and during the winter he plays ‘Short Mat Indoor Bowls’ this is 45 meters and is played from October to March. Neil’s career in Bowling has been an incredible journey and we wish him all the best in the future, keep it up Neil!
