Our Skydive Fundraiser

About

Our Skydive Champions

We are incredibly proud of our amazing Skydive fundraising champions who took to the skies and jumped out of planes, all in support of One Fylde! By taking on this thrilling challenge they didn’t just show incredible bravery; they helped to raise vital funds that will make a real difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities and autism across Blackpool, Wyre and Fylde. Their courage helped shine a spotlight on the importance of inclusion, independence and opportunity for everyone in our community. Every leap they took helps us continue doing what we do best: empowering individuals, celebrating differences and building a more inclusive world.

Their bravery was matched by the generosity of our supporters. Together, the team soared past their fundraising target of £5,000, raising an incredible…

£5,718!

Skydiving Success

We are unbelievably proud of each and every one of our skydivers; true champions of inclusion and friendship,  who took the leap for something bigger than themselves. We would like to thank our amazing supporters who contributed to this cause, your donations are truly appreciated.

About

Neil takes the leap

Neil, who is proudly supported by One Fylde, will be fulfilling a lifelong dream by completing an epic skydive in support of our organisation. We’re honoured to help make this dream a reality – and you can be part of it too.

Neil says

“I am really excited because I am going to jump out of a plane to raise money for two charities that mean a lot to me.

The first is One Fylde, who look after me really well. I live with learning disabilities and One Fylde support me to live my best life. I work in the gardening team, I get to do fun activities and I’m in the football team,  I’ve made lots of great friends. They support me every day, and I want to give something back to say thank you.

The second charity I am supporting is Cancer Research UK. My mum passed away from cancer nine years ago this year and I miss her every day. I’m doing this skydive in her memory. I want to make my family proud; I know my mum would be cheering me on, saying: “Well done, Neil!!”

Please help me reach my goal by donating. Every donation means a lot, for the people who support me now, and in memory of someone I love very much.”

Donate today to support Neil  in this incredible journey.
